EXTERIOR HOME SERVICES
- We check all lower doors and windows making sure they are locked
- We check for signs of forced entry
- We pick up mail-newspapers-flyers and packages and put them inside the home
- We do an outside house check and make sure there are no signs of problems
- We water outside plants
- We provide an on call lock out service for an additional fee
INTERIOR HOME SERVICES
- We check all sliding doors-windows and doors for signs of forced entry
- We alternate blinds and drapes
- We check the heat and air conditioning thermostat
- We check for unwanted pests or insect invasions inside your home
- We run your kitchen and bathroom waters
- We flush your toilets to prevent ring build up
- We alternate lights and turn the radio on and off. We do not leave TV'S on for safety reasons
- We water inside house plants
We check for storm damage if conditions will permit us to do so.
